Apprenticeship Summary:
- Salary: £7.55 an hour
- Working Week: Monday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Wednesday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, (1-hour lunch). Saturday, 9.00am - 3.30pm (30 minute lunch).
- Hours: 30 hours per week

The Role:
We’re looking for a confident, driven, and enthusiastic Junior Estate Agent to join our fast-paced sales and rental team. Main Duties:
- Assist in the sale and letting of residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and accompany clients.
- Register new applicants and match them with suitable properties.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants via phone, email and in person.
- Support with listing new properties, including taking photos and creating marketing materials.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors.
- Update and maintain property databases and CRM systems.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Shadow experienced agents to gain industry knowledge.

- Confidence in dealing with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic IT skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
Training and Development:
As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme. This will typically include:
- Study towards a relevant qualification, Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Diploma.
- On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals.
- Regular review meetings to track progress and development.

Pre-employment checks.
