GVI Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Logistician - Procurementwith to join our Team in White Sands Missile Range, NM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support GVI Logistics Operations: support the entire logistics lifecycle, including shipment planning, execution, and reverse logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with WSMR GVI team leads, Navy COR and GVI corporate project controller to coordinate logistics movements and resolve any issues that arise during the process.

• Budget Analysis: Examine income and expenses, identifying variances, tracking performance, and planning for the future.

• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with logistics vendors, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing service delivery.

• Problem Solving: Identify and address logistical challenges, employing critical thinking to develop effective solutions.

• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare reports to inform management 

Qualifications:

• US Citizenship

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance are preferred

• Must have U.S. Driver’s License.

• Experience level needed:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Knowledge in Supply, Wearhouse, Logistics, Customer service.

• Education: An associate degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or 3-5 years of experience. 

• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration.

Desired Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software and tools for tracking shipments and managing inventory.

• Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work with various stakeholders to meet their needs.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of compliance requirements related to shipping and handling of goods, including hazardous materials.
