The typical starting salary range for this position can vary depending on several factors such as geographic location, education, experience, and skill set. The full salary range for this position is designed to provide employees with the opportunity to progress and grow within their positions and reflects the competitive market value for these positions across the national market. GBLI, also offers a total compensation plan including bonuses for all positions.
Typical annualized starting salary range for this position:
$97,000 to $120,000
This range reflects base salary only and is not inclusive of bonus potential and other compensation considerations as it relates to the role
Essential Duties & Functions
Training & Enablement
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot)
- Create role-based learning pathways, quick-start guides, and job aids
- Support AI Champions and communities of practice to share best practices
- Provide individual support for AI solutions using AI tools
- Provide personalized conversations and contextualization with senior leaders
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and executives
Adoption & Engagement
- Run adoption campaigns and internal showcases to highlight success stories
- Organize innovation events (e.g., “AI in a Day” workshops, hackathons) to encourage experimentation
- Maintain a communication cadence (newsletters, office hours) to keep employees informed and engaged
- Create no code and low code solutions for point solutions using approved tools
Change Support & Feedback
- Assist with stakeholder communications and change management activities
- Collect usage data and feedback to improve training and adoption programs
- Partner with HR and L&D to integrate AI skills into development programs
- Coordinate, analyze, and facilitate the development of ideas to carry these from inception to execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with other AI tools and related skills like prompt engineering and model selection
- Knowledge or experience with low code or no code platforms, like the Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices and data privacy basics
- Great communicator, command and control, ai expert, ability to anticipate business needs; customer first mind set
- Coordinate and partner with departmental change ambassadors to enable innovations and integrate into the departments
- Synthesize complex topics into concise, compelling presentations to various audiences
- Have the ability to tailor the messages in accordance with the audience
- Ability to create technical solutions using low-code or no-code frameworks and platforms
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- Familiarity with other AI tools and related skills like prompt engineering and model selection
- Knowledge or experience with low code or no code platforms, like the Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices and data privacy basics
- Experience with AI in an enterprise setting preferred
- Experience running employee engagement campaigns or innovation events and creating training content preferred
- Experience as a corporate training, digital adoption, or change management preferred
