We are looking for a friendly, organized, patient-centered individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator — someone who will be the first impression and ongoing advocate for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families, answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with inquiries
- Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, manage appointment reminders
- Check patients in and out, collect necessary paperwork and consents
- Verify and update patient insurance and demographic information
- Estimate treatment costs, discuss payment options, and collect payments/co-payments
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with tracking follow-up visits, referral coordination, and treatment plan scheduling
- Help maintain a patient-friendly environment (waiting room, informational materials, etc.)
- Address patient/family concerns or questions; escalate issues when needed
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts: help refine office systems, workflows, and patient communication
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental, medical, or healthcare office administrative roles preferred
- Strong customer service orientation — ability to interact kindly and professionally with children, parents, and staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; additional certification or training a plus
