COMPENSATION
- Transit Management Analyst Trainee: $56,586.00
RESPONSIBILITIES
The EAM team is seeking talent for a Change Management Analyst Trainee. The responsibilities will help maintain continuity for each of the divisions utilizing EAM. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the ongoing organizational change initiatives and transformation projects conducted with the EAM team by assisting with the documentation for training, communications, planning, execution, and monitoring of change management activities. This entry-level trainee role is designed to provide hands-on experience in developing change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training support while working closely with division liaisons, senior leadership and users.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Transit Management Analyst Trainee:
1. A master's degree from an accredited college in accounting, architecture, business administration, computer science, economics, engineering, engineering technology, finance, industrial psychology, mathematics, physics, public administration, public policy, transportation planning, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area; or
2. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college including or supplemented by 24 credits in one of the areas listed in "1" above.
DESIRED SKILLS
