    About the role

  • Max-term full-time role until February 2026, then transitioning to four days per week (32 hours) through July 2026, delivering expert outpatient dietetic care to patients with diabetes and chronic conditions using advanced clinical skills.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive service planning and embed evidence-based practice.
  • Deliver targeted clinical education and mentorship to staff and dietetic students, supporting their professional development.
  • Lead the development of effective patient education resources and coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
  • Utilise advanced clinical reasoning and independent judgement to expertly manage complex cases.
  • About you

  • Degree in in Nutrition and Dietetics accredited by Dietitians Australia, with full Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status, and Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification through the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA). Post graduate qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Expert in managing complex diabetes and chronic disease cases with strong clinical judgement and patient partnership.
  • Committed to driving quality improvement and research, with extensive experience leading, designing, and evaluating impactful projects.
  • Outstanding communicator and collaborator, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments.
