About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion—on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll drive delivery, manage budgets, lead teams and subcontractors, and ensure quality outcomes across every phase of the project. With a strong focus on customer service, compliance, and continuous improvement, you’ll be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery – from scoping to handover.
  • Administer budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS&E policies and BGIS governance standards.
  • Implement and track digital asset management initiatives.
  • Present system improvement strategies and recommend new technologies to enhance client operations.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in project management and Capex programs.
  • Demonstrated ability in contract management of consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, financials, and safety systems (QA, OH&S, EMS).
  • Experience with digital systems and asset management platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and project scheduling software skills (Excel, Word, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in presenting tech-based solutions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management or related field.
  • Cert IV in OHS (or equivalent site-based project experience).
  • White Card (General Induction for Construction Industry).
