What We Are Looking For

  • Essential: 3–5 years in marketing with strong event and/or campaign management; proven project management; excellent stakeholder management; calm under pressure; strong attention to detail; travel readiness; ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Desirable: experience in technology/B2B; storytelling-focused content development; experience with CRM/Marketing Automation (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.); basic design capability (Canva/PowerPoint) or familiarity with more advanced tools; global or multi-region coordination experience.
  • Tools & Skills: Proficiency with basic analytics and reporting; comfortable with up-front budgeting and post-event ROI assessment.
  • Personal attributes: proactive, hands-on, adaptable, collaborative, results-driven.

 

Section: Growth, Collaboration & Succession

  • This is a shaping role designed to evolve with the function. You will have the opportunity to influence scope and ways of working, with a defined pathway to more senior responsibility as part of our succession planning.
  • International collaboration is core; day-to-day work focuses on cross-functional global initiatives.
  • There may be opportunities arising from acquisitions related to Worldline MeTS; you’ll be considered for relevant roles as they emerge.
