This position works closely with the Quality and Analytics teams and helps integrate clinical programs, network saving initiatives, quality initiatives, and resources into the practice workflows with the intent to optimize the patient experience and positively impact physician engagement and quality of care provided.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cstrong%3EExceptional Skills and Qualifications%3C/strong%3E%3Cbr%3EApplicants for this position should be able to communicate effectively with internal team members, and key stakeholders – including public speaking, PowerPoint, dashboards, visualizations, and/or other presentation formats. Applicants must be highly organized and self-motivated individuals with the ability to adapt to various workspaces and work autonomously. This applicant has a collaborative work style with the ability to work across different teams, areas of expertise, and adapt to ambiguous environments and clientele.%26nbsp;%3Cbr%3E%26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.%3Cbr%3E%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E5 or more years of leadership experience in practice management.
