Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This position will primarily be based at the reception area, handling administrative tasks, assisting visitors, and supporting HR functions such as recruitment and talent search. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor invoices and payments, answering external calls, maintaining records, assisting during the harvest season, and providing HR-related support. This position may require occasional weekend work during peak seasons.

Salary depending on experience $18 up to $25

Qualifications


Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and review vendor invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders (POs).
• Process payments to suppliers, including issuing checks.
• Answer and direct external phone calls through the main switchboard.
• Provide information to individuals inquiring about job opportunities.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
• Support the hiring process by maintaining candidate records and facilitating communication.
• Maintain organized filing systems and make copies as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks during the harvest season.
• Perform other office duties as assigned to support operations.
• Work occasional weekends during specific times of the year.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in HR functions, such as recruitment and hiring, is a plus.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required.

• Office-based role with occasional extended hours during peak seasons.
