Job Description: Visual/UI Designer 

Experience: 3-5 years for Mid Level  

Experience: 6+ for Senior 

As a Visual Designer (UI), you will play a key role in shaping the visual experience of digital products and platforms for our global clients. You will collaborate with UX designers, copywriters, developers, and creative leads to translate ideas and wireframes into stunning, intuitive, and brand aligned interfaces.  

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes pixel-perfection, understands brand systems, and is passionate about bringing emotion and clarity to user interfaces. Formal design education & portfolio are mandatory, along with 6+ years of relevant experience. 

Skills & Expertise 

• Ability to deliver high-fidelity UI screens, component libraries, iconography, and microvisuals with consistent craft. 

• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design across desktop, mobile, and web applications. 

• Ability to collaborate with UX leads to enhance visual storytelling, emotion, and usability. 

• Experience working with and extending existing design systems or brand guidelines (not necessarily building them). 

• Comfort with receiving and incorporating feedback in fast-paced iterative cycles. 

• Strong eye for detail and consistency across flows, screens, and interaction states. 

• Ability to mentor and support junior visual/UI designers. 

• Serve as a subject matter expert on design system principles, methodologies, and tools. 

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in design systems and share insights with the team. 

Experience & Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Visual Design, Communication Design, or a related field. 

• 3-5 years of visual/UI design experience in an agency, consultancy, or product studio (6+ for Senior Roles) 

• environment. 

• Portfolio showcasing high-quality UI design work across digital products, commerce, or services. 

• Prior experience collaborating in agile teams is a plus. 

• Experience with global brands and distributed design teams is preferred. 

• Tools & Platforms 

• Experience with FIGMA. Adobe Creative Cloud is an added advantage. 

• Working knowledge of other key software and tools relevant to the industry 

• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator). 

• Familiarity with motion tools (like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie) is a plus. 

• Working knowledge of collaborative tools like Miro, FigJam, or Zeplin.
