General Summary:
The Operations Associate II - Wire builds upon foundational responsibilities to perform more advanced operational tasks within the Wire Department. This role involves independently managing routine duties and addressing moderately complex issues with guidance. The associate demonstrates growing experience in department policies and procedures and actively contributes to process improvements and efficiency. This position marks a progression from the Operations Associate - Wire I role by emphasizing increased autonomy, knowledge development, and preparation for Officer-level responsibilities within the department.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to read and understand documents such as policies and procedures, safety rules, etc.
- Independently follow established processes, maintain accurate records, and address minor issues with guidance.
- Be reliable and consistently show skills by following the work schedule.
- Use Microsoft Office products and basic office equipment at a moderate proficiency level.
Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent and
- One (1) year customer service, or related experience.
- Complete Leadership In Action and Advanced Leadership training, or willing to attend.
