Regional BFC Sales Manager bei Total Water Treatment Systems Inc.

Culligan Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is seeking a Regional BFC Sales Manager to oversee and drive bottle-free cooler (POU) sales for commercial applications in the Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia. This position requires extensive travel within these regions to oversee sales representatives, manage customer relationships, and drive growth in our commercial markets.

This is a base plus commission position with a range of $110,000 - $150,000+ possible.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of sales and management experience, preferably in water treatment, plumbing, or related industries.
• Proven success in generating sales to small, medium, and large businesses, including offices, restaurants, gyms, schools and muti-unit facilities.
• Lead and develop a team of sales reps across WI, MI, and GA for BFC sales.
• Skilled in managing client relationships and generating new business leads.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment products including point-of-use coolers.
• Experience generating new business through networking, canvassing, and partnerships with commercial developers.
• Experience in preparing proposals, quotes, and negotiating contracts.
• Expertise in developing sales strategies, marketing plans, and forecasts to meet company goals.
• Experienced in staffing, training, and evaluating sales teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/Windows-based software.
• Strong understanding of budget management and sales forecasting.
• Willing to travel monthly to oversee the sales team and resolve customer inquiries and issues collaboratively with service teams.
