We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Full Stack Developer proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS cloud technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services. Your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, will be essential in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our applications.
Required skills:
- A proven Full Stack Developer who can operate individually and as part of a team
- Robust backend expertise in TypeScript, Node.js and RESTful APIs
- Hands on experience with AWS Serverless stack
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, ideally CDK or Terraform
- A solid grounding in observability and reliability practices, including logging, metrics, tracing and monitoring with CloudWatch, DataDog and PagerDuty
- Ability to ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Design, build and operate services using serverless-oriented AWS Stack (TypeScript/Node.js)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Contribute to frontend development in React when required
- Utilise AWS cloud services to architect, deploy, and manage scalable and highly available solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance using tools such as DataDog, CloudWatch, PagerDuty
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices
- Work individually in a lean team, setting technical direction and influencing strategy
Nice to have:
- Experience with React and modern frontend development
- Product driven mindset: making technical decisions based on customer and business impact
- Exposure to LLMs/agentic workflows (prompt, design, orchestration, systematic evaluation)
