THE ROLE:

• Assist clients with incoming music searches and pitches in a timely manner, communicate with account managers and clients to provide the most applicable and relevant music based on their needs and ensure efficient delivery of those projects.
• Act as first point of contact from client inquiries ranging from license clarification to overall account information via Service Cloud, email, and over the phone.
• Communicate with the UK Music Team and US Creative Team to gather information regarding website updates, library releases, and specific featured artists and albums.
• Provide relevant feedback to the music team during monthly music feedback calls to best update and enhance the quality of the library and website based on feedback from clients and internal US team.
• Partner with account managers to increase client usage and gain new business by proactively pitching music based on information from TV slates and general market activity.
• Updates sales team of upcoming releases. 
• Logs all music requests by genre.
• Supports delivery on hard drive and software updates for clients.
• Maintains relationships with specific branded accounts.
• Prospect and pitch new music to proTunes/Omnicon platform users.
• Maintain and update proactive seasonal sampler playlists.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

• Strong interest in music licensing or music supervision.
• Ability for strong client relationship success.
• Appreciation for all music genres.
• Previous experience with client services and presentations/demos preferred.
• Passion for Music Supervision and/or Post-Production processes.
• Knowledge of audio file formats and digital file delivery.
• Knowledge of production music and the music sync industry is preferred.
• Structured and target-based performance. 
• A true team player! 
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for and expert knowledge in music.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
