DEBERES ESENCIALES DEL TRABAJO Inspect carpet and tiles for color, texture, pattern, and shear. Identify carpet construction and verify that product meets all standards and specifications. Responsible for identifying any quality issues by checking pile direction, color for sidematch, yarn and texture streaks, stop marks, pattern distortions, texture bands, high & low lines, unlevel color, cross staining, shearing variation, bow and skew, upcurl and de-lamination etc. Make quality dispositions and enter data on to the CMS System. Allocating orders and ensuring trucks are loaded properly. Communication with Expediters and Shipping personnel. Inventory management of wip and shipping supplies. Communicate findings at all levels required. Responsible for initiating CAR's and maintenance work orders for corresponding areas. Housekeeping and other duties needed to maintain department production levels. |
