The Online Sales Counselor serves as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers and Realtors, representing Park Square Homes in a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-first manner. This role is critical in managing inbound digital inquiries, nurturing leads, and setting qualified appointments that drive traffic to our sales communities and support overall sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly and professionally respond to all inbound leads and Realtor inquiries via phone, email, website chat, and third-party platforms.
  • Engage and build rapport with potential homebuyers to understand their needs and guide them toward visiting a community in person.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for prospective buyers with onsite Sales Consultants.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all Park Square Homes communities, floorplans, pricing, incentives, and availability.
  • Accurately input and track all lead activity in the CRM system (JPS) and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Manage and update MLS listings for all communities to ensure real-time accuracy.
  • Regularly update Park Square Homes’ website content, including community info, floorplans, “homes available now,” and pricing changes.
  • Schedule and promote open houses for Sales Consultants.
  • Support Sales and Marketing team initiatives, including grand openings, community events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain digital listing sites including Realtor.com, AgentShield, and other real estate marketing platforms.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly department activity reports for the Executive Team.
  • Assist with additional administrative or marketing-related tasks as needed.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Active Florida Real Estate License is required
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or marketing—preferably within homebuilding or real estate
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (JPS or similar), Microsoft Office, and real estate listing platforms (MLS)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Weekend availability for lead monitoring may be required on a rotating basis

  • Visual and auditory ability to operate a computer system and phone communication
  • Reliable transportation may be required for occasional community visits or events
