We are currently seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join the busy Crown Spa Reception team. As a Part-Time Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and clients and will be key to ensuring that they receive the highest level of service throughout their experience. You'll warmly welcome and greet the Spa, Pool & Gym visitors, promptly answering questions and responding to any inquiries they may have, whilst also providing expert knowledge about the property, all amenities and product offerings.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests - from the minute they arrive to the time they depart
- Assisting with bookings, check-in & check-outs, inquiries and special requests (in person, via email and over the phone)
- Various administrative duties such as processing and amending reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate client and guest records
- Addressing any guests’ enquiries effectively and professionally
- Working with the wider Crown Sydney Operations teams
What you will bring
- Strong administration skills and experience working within a premium or luxury environment
- Experience within a Spa, Beauty or Medical services role is highly regarded
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, without compromising on detail
- A passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Competency using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Flexible availability across a 7-day rotational roster, including shifts until up to 9 pm
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for building rapport and genuine relationships
