POSITION SUMMARY

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll play a strategic role in helping our fleet clients adopt FleetCommander, optimize their fleet management processes, and achieve their operational goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, industry resource, and advocate for our clients—ensuring strong relationships, high retention, and referenceable success stories. Your work will combine fleet best practices, software adoption guidance, and proactive client engagement to deliver measurable results for both the client and our business.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Implement processes to strengthen client relationships and maximize adoption success. 
  • Actively participate in regular team meetings leveraging our Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) tools to focus on strategic improvements. 
  • Manage department metrics to track and ensure success across your client portfolio. 
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in our CRM for client notes, opportunities, and follow-ups. 
  • Gather requirements to support accurate and timely quotes for clients. • Utilize and improve processes for client onboarding, adoption, and optimization throughout the client lifecycle. 
  • Execute proactive retention programs and a structured client referral program. 
  • Monitor industry trends to inform client guidance and internal strategy. 
  • Develop and execute plans for regular client communication, contract renewals, and performance reviews. 
  • Act as the primary advocate for assigned clients, escalating issues and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them. 
  • Keep clients informed about new product features, gather feedback, and support the product roadmap. 
  • Maintain and deliver training for your clients.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, client success, account management, sales, or strategic consulting role. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in educating clients on best practices. 
  • Strong relationship-building, discovery, and communication skills. 
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with innovative ideas to drive loyalty and adoption. 
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and follow-through. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and training skills. 
  • Familiarity with client success tools, Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn Salesforce and project management software (e.g., Asana).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) Certification.
  • Experience managing a successful fleet operation.
  • Knowledge of Agile FleetCommander software.
