Overview:

SageSure is seeking an enthusiastic Producer Advocacy Representative with experience providing white-glove service to our producers. This is an opportunity to grow your career with a young, growing insurance and technology company. While working with a friendly and supportive team, we will help you learn the foundation of our business in a role that will take you wherever you want to grow with us.

As a Producer Advocacy Representative, you will serve as a strategic partner to insurance producers, providing expert guidance on post-bind policy changes, coverage evaluation, and document review. Your recommendations and decisions will directly impact policyholder protection, premium accuracy, and company risk management. If you are genuinely excited to help customers, are patient, empathetic, and passionate about communication and problem-solving, which comes naturally to you, then you may have what it takes to begin this journey with us.

What you’d be doing:

· Partner with insurance producers to advise on coverage structures, policy changes, and renewal strategies that directly impact premium and retention outcomes.

· Review and evaluate property inspection results, exercising judgment in determining policy impacts, risk exposures, and recommended underwriting actions.

· Analyze and process policy modifications, endorsements, and coverage adjustments, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

· Address complex inquiries related to Replacement Cost, Coverage A, and other advanced coverage determinations, providing authoritative guidance and solutions.

· Apply underwriting principles to evaluate unique producer requests, escalating only those requiring higher level approval.

· Interpret inspection outcomes and producer feedback, identifying emerging risk trends and recommending procedural or policy refinements.

· Manage escalated matters and complaints requiring professional judgment, ensuring resolutions that balance producer relationships with company risk objectives.

· Contribute insights on market trends, producer behavior, and competitive positioning to help shape business decisions and departmental strategy.

We’re looking for someone who has:

· 3+ years of insurance experience with emphasis on underwriting support, policy management, or producer relations.

· Internal candidates: at least 2 years of insurance experience with 1 year of SageSure Contact Center experience

· Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in evaluating risks and making policy recommendations.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret guidelines, assess inspection results, and identify business impacts.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for influencing, advising, and negotiating with producers and internal partners.

· Computer skills in various applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

· Capacity to multitask (specifically while talking with customers and resolving their inquiries)

· Ability to work 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EDT Mon-Fri, and occasional overtime on Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM

Highly preferred candidates also have:

· Bachelor’s degree in insurance, risk management, business, or related field (or equivalent relevant professional experience).

· Experience supporting both Personal Lines and Small Commercial (BOPs)

· Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus, but is not required

· Bilingual Spanish speaking
