We’re looking for a motivated Website Management Specialist to join our marketing team and help elevate our digital presence across multiple dealership websites. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping the customer experience and driving results online.
Position Overview
The Website Management Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our dealership websites to ensure accuracy, usability, and performance. This role combines technical know-how, creative problem solving, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and excited about building a career in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly go-to-market updates across multiple dealership websites
- Execute GEO/SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and relevance
- Oversee content management, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
- Support UX design and implementation to improve site usability and conversions
- Conduct quality control audits to identify and resolve website errors or issues
- Maintain and update staff pages, inventory pages, and other dynamic content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns and promotions
- Analyze site performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with partners to ensure a cutting-edge UX and competitive SEO.
- Assist Marketing Team with various projects as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or web design
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Salary Range: $40,000-$60,000, DOE
