Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries in English via phone, email, live chat, or video calls, addressing questions about consulting services, project updates, or business solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs, such as scheduling meetings, sharing project updates, or facilitating communication.
  • Assist in preparing basic documents or presentations for consulting projects, using tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Log client interactions to ensure high-quality service and adherence to industry standards.
  • Participate in virtual training sessions to learn about consulting processes, client engagement, and digital tools.
  • Provide feedback to improve client engagement processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:
