JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Talent Acquisition at AOM Infusion is responsible for leading and overseeing the full cycle recruiting function, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent across all departments. This role partners strategically with senior leadership and hiring managers to design and implement talent strategies that support the company’s growth, culture, and long-term success. The Director serves as a trusted advisor and proactive partner, building strong relationships while driving an efficient, consistent, and positive recruitment experience for candidates and managers alike.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree or HR/Talent certifications a plus
- Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level talent acquisition role.
- Experience within healthcare strongly preferred, home infusion or specialty pharmacy a plus.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling full cycle recruiting functions.
- Strong background in employer branding, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, HRIS/HCM systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Fulltime Employment:
- Full-time, exempt role.
- Work week is Monday through Friday, with schedule determined by organizational needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function, overseeing full-cycle recruiting across all business units at AOM Infusion.
- Partner with executive leadership to design and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Develop, track, and analyze key recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement and scalability.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market data, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
2. Full-Cycle Recruiting Oversight
- Ensure consistency and excellence in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Oversee development and use of effective sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry partnerships.
- Guarantee a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
3. Team Development & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Partner with HR and operational leaders to ensure workforce planning supports both immediate and long-term business needs.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the TA function.
4. Stakeholder & Candidate Relationships
- Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations to ensure high-quality hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, even those not selected, to support long-term pipeline development.
- Promote AOM Infusion’s employer brand to attract top talent.
5. Compliance & Process Excellence
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee documentation and recordkeeping for recruitment activities.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruiting tools, systems, and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Onboarding Integration
- Partner with HR leadership to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience.
- Oversee transition of candidates from offer acceptance to employee integration.
