What You'll Do
The Facilities Coordinator performs, directs, coordinates, and oversees the maintenance and functionality of all bank locations to ensure proper safety, sanitation, and mechanical function as well as cost efficiency.
- Oversees, supervises, and coordinates all maintenance and repairs at the direction of the Executive Director Operational Efficiency.
- Manages construction projects, including, but not limited to: scheduling, procurement of vendors, and providing project oversight to achieve desired results.
- Establishes and maintains a reliable network of outside contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and/or suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely support of maintenance and repairs.
- Researches and obtains quotes for maintenance and repairs for all bank locations.
- Authorizes and directs contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and/or suppliers to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Implements best practices and appropriate procedures to ensure optimum reliability of equipment.
- Evaluates maintenance requests, sets priorities, and processes work assignments.
- Evaluates and makes recommendations for cost efficiency for maintenance and repairs.
- Submits maintenance and repair expenses for payment.
- Performs routine inspections of all systems and equipment.
- Ensures routine repairs and maintenance are performed.
- Ensures health and safety standards are met by arranging for timely repairs and maintenance when needed.
- Manages and maintains annual fire extinguisher inspections.
- Performs general maintenance.
- Recognizes red flags, scams, fraud, phishing, etc.
- Stays current on applicable banking regulations and security procedures and practices to prevent fraud or other bank losses and to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Performs responsibilities during Bank hours by being physically present in the Bank an average of 40 hours each week based on business needs.
- Travels between branches as needed.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 3 – 5 years of work experience in facilities management, using basic accounting for budgets and forecasting.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, qualifying motor vehicle record report, and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Dropbox, Google Docs, Outlook Calendar, and PowerPoint.
- Goal-driven.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to use sound judgment.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percent, and decimals.
