Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform go-to-market plans.
Develop compelling messaging and positioning to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers.
Develop sales enablement programs and materials to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Design and implement customer onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and platforms.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in go-to-market strategy and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in a go-to-market, product marketing, or related role.
Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and go-to-market best practices.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Agency mindset with a proactive and client-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
