Create engaging, innovative digital learning content that meets learning objectives and supports brand strategy – (70%)
- Contribute to training needs analysis.
- Collaborate with Education team to ensure digital learning content aligns with IRL educational initiatives.
- Develop digital learning modules in Articulate Rise 360.
- Update existing digital learning modules.
- Help to gather data, feedback and insights on digital learning content and apply these insights to continually improve our digital learning user experience.
Leverage and provide logistical support to existing learning technologies – (10%)
- Support Digital Education team by updating content across all our digital platforms.
- Provide logistical support
Collaboration & Teamwork – (10%)
- Collaborate closely and productively with the Global Education team, subject matter experts and corporate partners.
- Embrace and adopt a test-and-learn mindset.
- Provide support to Education initiatives as needed.
Education Operations- (10%)
- Update and maintain the Global Education Offer on the Global Marketing Website (GMW) bi yearly.
- Update and maintain Uniforms orders and act as a point person for the regions
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing e-learning modules and training solutions
- Fluency in digital learning solutions and all consumer-facing digital channels
- Understanding of principles of adult learning, instructional design and learning analytics
- Strong collaboration, leadership, critical thinking, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills
- Continuous learning mindset and ability to remain abreast of latest trends and insights in digital learning and adult education
- Consumer-centric approach
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent time management and multi⁃tasking skills
- 3+ years of relevant learning & development experience which includes experience in a digital learning environment creating content
- Experience with evaluating and implementing digital learning solutions
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including Office 360 Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro a plus
