THE OPPORTUNITY

College Hill is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers flexibility with remote work options within Washington and Idaho, with our corporate office based in Pullman, WA.

We’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for data-driven, lead-generation marketing who can bring both consistency and creativity to our marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our CRO, Sales Manager, and leadership team to craft and execute marketing strategies, strengthen our industry presence, and generate new business opportunities.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how College Hill shows up in the marketplace, from managing partnerships and trade show execution to driving campaigns, refining our messaging, and supporting the sales team with social selling and content. This is a unique chance to step into a visible, high-impact role where your work directly influences growth and client engagement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Marketing Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in B2B marketing, capable of strategizing, executing, and evaluating integrated campaigns that align with sales goals. Experience driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales messaging through content and events will be key to moving College Hill forward in our target industries.

Team Management and Solo Expertise:

You should be comfortable leading and developing a small marketing team as the department grows, while also rolling up your sleeves and executing projects independently. Inspiring others, collaborating with sales, and taking initiative to deliver results will all be part of your day-to-day.

Adaptability and Resourcefulness:

Our business moves quickly - from trade show deadlines to client-driven campaigns. We need someone who can pivot fast, stay ahead of trends in both branded merchandise and digital marketing, and creatively solve challenges with limited lead time.

Proficiency in Marketing Platforms:

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with major marketing platforms, especially HubSpot, our central hub for marketing and sales alignment. You’ll leverage HubSpot to manage workflows, build campaigns, create content, conduct A/B testing, and track ROI. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms for social selling is also a plus.

Events & Partnerships
Experience managing corporate events, trade shows, and marketing partnerships will set you apart. From planning and execution to messaging and follow-up, your ability to connect College Hill with decision-makers in key industries will help us stand out and grow.

THE ROLE

In addition to crafting innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with the CRO and Sales Manager, you will spearhead our social media, content creation, and event planning initiatives until we bring a dedicated social media and marketing coordinator on board. You will also take ownership of managing our established marketing partnerships and overseeing tradeshow preparation and execution.

Your ability to manage partnerships, work independently, pivot quickly, and leverage marketing platforms effectively will be pivotal in achieving our marketing goals. You will play a key role in shaping the future of College Hill, driving engagement, generating leads, and ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive marketplace.
