We are seeking a motivated and versatile Recruiter/HR Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in attracting top talent, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering a positive employee experience.

Position Overview:


The Recruiter/HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring an efficient hiring process. In addition to recruitment, this role will handle a variety of HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, leave management, and HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and employment regulations.
  • Support performance management processes including evaluations, coaching, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain HRIS systems and accurate employee files.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement, retention programs, and policy development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or 2–5 years of experience in recruiting and general HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruiting platforms.
