Requirements
Position Overview:
The Recruiter/HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring an efficient hiring process. In addition to recruitment, this role will handle a variety of HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, leave management, and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and employment regulations.
- Support performance management processes including evaluations, coaching, and training initiatives.
- Maintain HRIS systems and accurate employee files.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement, retention programs, and policy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or 2–5 years of experience in recruiting and general HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruiting platforms.
