Responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of Hyland OnBase Systems in addition to managing data conversion projects. Ensures the work is accomplished in a team environment and requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a high level of professionalism. 


Principal Accountabilities:
 

  1. Independently analyzes workflows, system configurations, and technical issues for supported applications.
  2. Scopes and manages multiple system enhancements in alignment with ISS standards and best practices.
  3. Evaluates new system functionalities and recommends prioritization and implementation strategies.
  4. Troubleshoots complex user issues and supports both daily and ad-hoc operational requests.
  5. Collaborates with IT, clinical, business, and operations teams to develop efficient workflows.
  6. Drives process improvements and advises leadership on change management and operational strategies.
  7. Designs and delivers innovative solutions to enhance services or reduce costs under tight deadlines.
  8. Develops unique solutions to complex problems using initiative and minimal oversight.
  9. Participates in multi-team, integrated solution development and manages vendor collaboration.
  10. Facilitates meetings, leads system demonstrations, mentors new team members.

Qualifications


Required:
 

  1. Minimum 5 years of work experience within IT
  2. Experience with application build and configuration 
  3. Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of clinical and/or business practices and principles 
  4. Demonstrated ability to gather information from multiple sources and analyze applicability and appropriateness, and develop an efficient workflow 
  5. Experience with organizational strategies, business operations, and end-user requirements to develop system design and training projects 
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships

    Preferred:
    1. Certified Hyland OnBase System Administrator
