Lead the success of our clinics through support, growth, intention and innovation. If this resonates with you, then the Regional Director of Clinical Operations position may be the right role for you.
At Bloomwell, we believe every child deserves access to high-quality, compassionate autism therapy—no matter where they live or how they communicate. We’re on a mission to expand meaningful access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services by building strong relationships with families, clinicians, and referring providers who trust us to support the kids they care about most.

The ideal candidate has experience operating multiple locations in the healthcare space with a deep appreciation for the work we do and the families we serve.
This role requires living in one of our 3 regions (Minneapolis/St. Paul; Omaha; Raleigh/Durham). This role will require travel of roughly 30%.
