What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers 🚀)
✅ Jump in as the go-to sales expert during staffing transitions, vacations, or performance gaps
✅ Deliver high-impact tours, close leads, and manage the full sales cycle to drive move-ins
✅ Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families — you're the trusted guide on their senior living journey
✅ Mentor and train new and existing sales team members on best practices, lead generation, and relationship selling
✅ Analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and implement occupancy growth strategies
✅ Collaborate with Executive Directors, Regional Sales Leaders, and operations teams to ensure alignment and drive results
✅ Maintain up-to-date CRM (Welcome Home/PCC) records and occupancy metrics
✅ Champion the HDG culture while traveling to different communities — showing up with positivity, professionalism, and solutions
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Suitcase & Sales Mojo 💼)
✔ 3+ years of senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales experience
✔ Proven success in consultative sales and closing
✔ Confident, empathetic communicator who can quickly build trust with residents and teams
✔ A self-starter mindset and comfort with changing environments
✔ Strong organizational skills and tech-savviness with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
✔ Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (up to 100%)
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
