- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to assess existing tech stacks and define integration strategies.
 - Design and implement tailored solutions leveraging Optimove’s suite of products, including data integration, real-time event streaming, and cloud-based technologies.
 - Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Product, Operations, and Professional Services to shape and refine solutions.
 - Partner with Optimove’s ecosystem of partners to design and execute integrations benefiting multiple clients.
 - Troubleshoot, debug, and proactively resolve technical challenges.
 - Translate client business needs into actionable technical solutions and lead client-facing technical discussions.
 - Identify risks and ensure smooth, reliable implementations.
 
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation Engineering, or similar).
 - Strong knowledge of API integrations, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
 - Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
 - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client implementations simultaneously.
 - Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
 - Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML is a plus.
