Position: Administrative Assistant - Temporary

FT/PT Status: Temporary - Approximately 1 - 2 Months, Flexible Schedule/Hours

Location: Must be local to Fairfax, VA

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associates preferred

Overview:
Kreative Technologies is in search for an administrative assistant to assist with a short-term project involving data and records management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assists with reviewing, classifying, and organizing data on mobile devices for a short-term project.

• Assists leadership with sorting and filing records.

• Perform a variety of activities in support of general office management

Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Apple products, especially iPhones.
• Reliable transportation and located around Fairfax, VA
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Continually required to sit, walk and stand.
• Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, fax, scanner and others.
