What will you be doing?
As Director – IT Solution Architecture and Integration, you’ll lead the charge in designing and delivering scalable, secure and compliant enterprise solutions. You’ll guide a global team of Solution and Integration Architects, setting the standards for architecture governance and integration platforms. From ERP and CRM to hybrid cloud connectors and API gateways, you’ll ensure our systems are future-ready and seamlessly connected.
You’ll collaborate with Delivery Managers, Application Owners and Infrastructure teams to bring architectural clarity to complex challenges. Whether it’s reviewing solution designs, enabling cross-functional delivery or shaping strategic roadmaps, your work will be central to how we evolve digitally.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means combining deep technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic thinking. You’ll be the go-to authority for architecture decisions and integration strategy.
- 15+ years in IT, with at least 8 years in solution/integration architecture roles
- Proven experience leading architecture teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across hybrid cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of API management, microservices, and real-time integration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
