- 2+ years of professional experience supporting leadership and teams in a luxury-focused environment; background in Finance or Accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Apple technology
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Periodic domestic travel
