Customer Service Representative

Location: Edgewood (Brentwood/Deer Park), NY – On-site role

Full-Time | $18–$21/hour + Benefits, PTO, 401(k), and Profit Sharing

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and enter all calls into system.
  • Ability to take calls and maintain a pleasant composure.
  • Coordinate & communicate with sales personnel.
  • Work independently to resolve customer service issues.
  • Serve as liaison between customers and the sales team.
  • Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.
  • Follow up on Internet Leads and installation.
  • Ability to schedule deliveries with customers.
  • Ability to process customer payments.

Who You Are

  • A natural problem-solver who loves helping people

  • Confident communicator (both written and verbal)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data entry skills

  • Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and computer applications

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google, and IBM AS400
