ECHO is looking for a motivated Dealer Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll represent our brand, drive sales, and provide hands-on training and product demonstrations to dealers, regional/national accounts, and end users across your territory. Recent college graduates with a business degree or similar are encouraged to apply.
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 based on experience and qualifications. This role involves regular local travel and frequent overnight stays.
This is a remote position based out of our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage merchandising and brand presence across key accounts, regional accounts, and dealerships.
Identify and engage potential customers, delivering product demonstrations to commercial end users, municipalities, cities, and park districts.
Represent the company at national and regional trade shows, dealer events, open houses, and customer appreciation events.
Provide training sessions for dealers, accounts, and end users to drive product knowledge and sales.
Partner with the sales and marketing teams to support programs that expand market reach.
Maintain company assets (vehicle, tools, computer, equipment) and safeguard confidential information.
Travel within your territory (1–2 overnight stays per week) using a company-provided vehicle.
Collaborate with your team to achieve company goals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Experience/Skills:
Some experience in field sales or product demonstrations is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Familiarity with outdoor power equipment (trimmers, chainsaws, backpack blowers) or landscaping experience is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
Willingness to travel with 1–2 overnight stays per week.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
