HV Convenient Care is searching for a strong business manager to join our team. Exempt position
Location: Primary office in Center Township/Monaca Convenient Care but will travel to all Convenient Care sites on a regular basis
Work Hours: Primarily 8:00 - 4:30pm Monday through Friday, but must be available to support Lead staff for call offs, scheduling & urgent clinic needs from 6:00 - 8:30pm Monday/Friday and 6:00 - 5:00pm on Saturday/Sunday per established clinic guidelines.
Directly manages HV ConvenientCare Business operations under the direction of the Director of Provider Practice Operations. The individual is responsible for daily administrative operational function of Convenient Care services in accordance with the overall goals, objectives and policies of Heritage Valley Health System and guidelines established by external regulatory agencies. The Business Manager oversees day to day operations of the clinics, ensuring efficient and effective patient care while also managing staff and resources. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, healthcare knowledge and operational expertise to optimize workflows, maintain quality standards and contribute to the overall success of the Convenient Care clinics.
REQUIRED
Must be highly organized and efficient in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Expertise with basic computer operating systems and software including: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point. Must possess the ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with employees and visitors. Must possess the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, effective communication skills and demonstrate excellent customer service. Must be able to use critical and forward thinking skills to enhance the role. Minimum of three (3) years administrative support, healthcare management or other equivalent experience.
Associate’s degree in Health Administration/Management
PREFERRED
Minimum five (5) years administrative support or healthcare management experience along with AllScripts Touchworks and Nextgen scheduling/billing platforms. Prior Retail/Urgent Care Medicine experience.
