What Will You Be Doing?

· Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities including scheduling appointments, preparing sales documents, and updating customer records.

· Greet prospective buyers and guide them through the discovery and sales process.

· Help answer questions about communities, floor plans, and options.

· Learn and utilize the CRM system to input leads, track traffic, and update customer information.

· Conduct market research to understand buyer preferences and competitive communities.

· Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and community events.

· Guide prospective buyers through our Design Center during Design Center Preview Hours.

· Shadow Sales Managers and learn best practices for relationship building, negotiation, and facilitating and exceptional customer experience.

What Will You Bring?

· High School Diploma

· 2 years Collegiate course work (Sophomore / Junior / Senior Grade Level)
