About the Position:

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be a key contributor to our marketing team, blending analytical insight, project execution and creative copywriting to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital and traditional channels. What You Will Do:
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze performance across digital channels including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), website, social media, email to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Excel to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and utilize new and emerging technologies, such as AI tools, to enhance processes and improve reporting
- Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, and the social media agency to shape SEO and GEO strategy and implement recommendations.
- Produce ad hoc reporting and automate recurring analytics tasks.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform strategy and identify trends in financial services.
- Track and respond to customer feedback on social platforms and review sites, escalating as needed.
- Review customer databases using predictive analytics to score leads and personalize outreach
Project Coordination
- Assist in or lead planning and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns including actively participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on brand, timelines, deliverables, and messaging.
- Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Asist with ongoing website maintenance and page development.
Copywriting & Content Development
- Write and edit internal communications (e.g., emails, internal intranet) and external content (e.g., website copy, social media posts, blogs, email campaigns).
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand voice across all channels.
- Respond to internal and external requests with creative, timely content solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in project coordination and tracking marketing analytics.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and grammar.
- Experience and familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AI and CMS platforms a plus.
- Ability to interpret data, communicate insights clearly and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated creative ability in content creations and campaign ideation.
Working Conditions/Demands:
- Professional office setting.
- Primarily sedentary position requiring long periods of time working at a computer.
- Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.
