Your role:
This is an exciting entry level opportunity, perfect for a recent graduate or someone with around a year of marketing and data analytics experience looking to take the next step in their career. If you have gained practical skills through internships, placements or early career roles, and you are eager to learn, grow and make an impact, we would love to hear from you! You will have the chance to work closely with an experienced team and get hands-on exposure within global marketing.
As part of the global marketing team, you will be responsible for gathering marketing data and write detailed reports on findings, identifying new markets and advise upper management on marketing tactics.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze large amounts of data from numerous sources, including websites, email campaigns, social media, advertising, 3rd party sources, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, to understand marcom attribution.
- Support the team to interpret data and deliver insights with a particular focus on channel performance and contact lifecycle reporting.
- Create Tableau reports and dashboards to deliver intelligence, report KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance performance within the Global and Regional Comms functions.
- Import, integrate and align new data sources to be analyzed as and when a case arises.
- Analyze various data sources to help determine attribution and ROI of our multi-channel campaign activities.
- Identify and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to develop an understanding of how our customers and prospects behave across channels and markets.
- Collaborate with Campaign Manager to suggest tests to improve marketing and growth metrics, closely monitoring and analyzing the results to make recommendations.
- Collaborate with SEO Manager to ensure consistency and context of all data sets.
- Perform ad-hoc deep dive analysis into business challenges where required.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, or other quantitative discipline.
- Good knowledge of analytical software such as Tableau,
- Advanced Knowledge of Excel
- Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
- Experience with Tableau, Data Studio, Salesforce, LookerStudio and web analytics tools.
- Fast learner, able to adapt quickly
- Collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail
