CAP offers a unique and differentiated experience. This 2–3-year rotational development program is designed for you to tackle some of the world’s most complex challenges and investment questions and draw differentiate insights. - The Impact of GLP-1 Drugs on the Beverage Industry
- China Cross Border E-commerce and Implication on Chinese Companies
- Analyze Global Oil Demand Trends
- Analyze Global Cable Capacity Required for the Upgradation of Global Power Grids
- Potential Applications of Hydrogen in Decarbonizing Mobility

Who Should Apply?
We welcome applications from undergraduate and master’s students (non-MBA) in their final year of study and those with up to 1-year of related experience post-graduation.

We hire MBA candidates and graduates through a separate recruiting process. Please check our website for more information.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
