The CAP Summer Internship is a truly differentiated experience. It’s designed to be intellectually rigorous, deeply engaging, and highly satisfying. You won’t just observe—you’ll contribute meaningfully to our investment thinking. Interns work on independent research projects that address real-world challenges and explore emerging opportunities in global markets.

These projects are not hypothetical—they’re designed to stretch your thinking, sharpen your analytical skills, and contribute to our investment dialogue.
What You’ll Experience
- Differentiated Internship: You’ll dive into a topical investment project, conduct deep research, and present your findings to senior investors. You’ll be given full autonomy to drive your research, and your work will add value to the investment group.
- Tailored Development: Benefit from personalized coaching, professional development sessions, and customized training to sharpen your analytical and communication skills.
- Exchange Ideas with Leaders: Connect with analysts, portfolio managers, and senior leaders across Capital Group’s investment teams. Gain insights from their experiences—and contribute your own perspectives to enrich the dialogue.
- Community & Connection: Join a cohort of driven interns across London, Los Angeles, and Singapore. Participate in social activities, build relationships.
Who Should Apply?
We welcome applications from undergraduate and master’s students (non-MBA) graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.

Dates may be subject to change
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
