Job Description:Provide proactive support to the Group Head of Internal Audit in overall organisation and coordination of the Internal Audit department. Ensure smooth administrative operations, compliance with internal procedures, and the preparation of high-quality deliverables that support optimal decision-making.
- Oversee the team’s administrative management, incl. follow-up of the audit plan, absences, trainings, as well as classification and archiving of files.
- Prepare, proofread and coordinate presentations and reports for governing bodies (i.e. Board), ensuring accuracy, clarity and timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactive management of the Group Head of Internal Audit agenda and correspondence, incl. back-up for the agenda of team members.
- Organisation of internal and external meetings (incl. events) for the Internal Audit team, incl. coordination with other departments.
- Planning, coordination and assistance with business trips of the Internal Audit team.
- Contribute to the development of Internal Audit, by coaching, sharing information, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the maintenance of a culture of accountability and integrity, personally adhering to high ethical and quality standards.
- Extensive experience in assisting managing directors, with previous experience supporting Internal Audit considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both French and English (oral and in writing).
- Highly organized, proactive and versatile, with the ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage stress and priorities effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (in particular Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
