This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of global outsourcing projects for multiple clients, ensuring adherence to internal processes, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as global liaison on project-related matters, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Develop and manage customized plans, ensuring alignment with specific client needs, defined scope of services, and agreed-upon timelines.
- Create detailed project plans, track progress meticulously, and proactively manage potential risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on project performance to ensure profitability and resource efficiency.
- Participate in project status meetings, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide regular, clear updates to internal leadership.
- Identify and mitigate engagement risks, resolve issues efficiently, and proactively manage dependencies and resource needs to keep projects on track.
- Drive continuous improvement of the onboarding process, identifying ways to enhance efficiency, elevate client experience, and improve the scalability of our services.
- Facilitate seamless transition from implementation to ongoing service delivery, ensuring operational teams have all necessary information for sustained success.
- Ensure compliance with Armanino's internal policies and procedures and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of project management experience, ideally within accounting, finance, or professional services.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) experience preferred.
- Experience with accounting and ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, D365, and Workday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven excellence with written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic and self-managed professional.
- Experience working in an outsourcing or shared services environment preferred.
