We are seeking a Senior ERP Administrator who will be in a critical leadership role, driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and technical oversight of our fulfillment business applications. As a key member of our Technology Enablement team,  you will provide mentorship to ERP Administrators and serves as the subject matter expert for our fulfillment system, Datex. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior ERP Administrator ensures ERP systems operate at peak performance, align with business objectives, and are positioned to support future growth.

Shift available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This role is a hybrid position and requires being onsite in our office a couple of times each week to collaborate with team members and business partners.

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:

  • a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a concentration in technology: database management, (SQL and relational databases), or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 or more years of work experience in a technical-related role with over one year of hands-on experience managing enterprise-wide resource planning (ERP) systems development: business requirements, functional specifications, design specifications: programs and database, and SQL queries and report-writing.
  • demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior role in ERP administration.
  • expert-level knowledge of ERP systems, including configuration, development, and administration.
  • strong proficiency in SQL administration and report writing.
  • an understanding of Typescript, SQL, and APIs.
  • a light understanding of JSON.
  • proven ability to lead projects, solve complex problems, and mentor junior team members.
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

On top of that you must:

  • pay close attention to details so you are able to complete projects accurately within deadlines while meeting Company quality standards
  • have the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems independently, effectively and creatively
  • apply effective time management and self-management skills
  • possess a strong understanding of how to use SQL, JSON, and APIs to integrate and manage data within our fulfillment environment.
  • understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
  • bring hands-on experience administering fulfillment systems; direct experience with Datex is a significant advantage
  • have deep knowledge of fulfillment environment terminology, protocols, and systems

In this position you'll:

  • provide leadership and expertise across all ERP systems, guiding the team and taking ownership of the most complex initiatives.
  • lead, mentor, and support ERP Administrators, serving as the primary escalation point and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • drive the ERP strategic roadmap, partnering with senior leadership to align system enhancements and projects with long-term business goals.
  • plan and execute major ERP projects including upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements from start to finish.
  • collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • oversee system maintenance and upgrades, managing releases, patches, and new functionality to maximize performance and user experience.
  • provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical, configuration, and data integrity issues.
  • lead data management and governance efforts, including SQL administration, advanced queries, and reporting solutions.
  • ensure strong process and documentation practices to meet system standards and guidelines.
  • administer and support core ERP functions and tools, including system configurations, product management, and user access.
  • direct product, material, and tool oversight, ensuring accuracy in estimating, templates, and artwork integration for seamless operations.
  • perform other duties as requested by management.

Compensation Range: $84,000 - $102,000 annually

*Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
