REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Responsibilities:Network Administrator
Our Information Technology department is seeking to add a talented Network Administrator to our team. The position will be located in Beachwood, Ohio, at our Corporate Headquarters and operates in a heavy industry work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining Fortinet and Cisco based LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems as well as camera and wireless systems. Also designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and supporting Real Alloy’s computer systems associated with network tools, diagnostics, and management.
Qualifications:
Network Administrator
- 4-year degree, Information Systems / background preferred.
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing and / or supporting Fortinet-based networks; switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Strong understanding of customer service and commercial business processes.
- Manufacturing, planning, and supply chain systems experience and background highly desirable. .
- Solid Project Management skills and experience.
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to present project status and definition to senior level business partners.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft productivity tools including Office, Visio, Outlook, MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Ability to work successfully in a team, following written and verbal instructions, policies and procedures with technical and non-technical members from all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work beyond normal business hours and as a part of an on-call rotation
- Willingness and ability to work in heavy industrial plant environments including the use of PPE and industrial lifts
- 35% project-based travel expected. Valid driver’s license and passport required.
