Sitting at the heart of our Commercial Finance team, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to provide the analysis, models, and forecasts that help us grow with confidence. Your work will power decisions across sales, product and strategy - ensuring we stay on track as we continue our journey to become the universal symbol of trust.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support both the short and long term business strategy.
- Translate financial, product, and commercial data into actionable insights that drive global growth initiatives
- Maintain and evolve commercial finance reports across multiple platforms, being the primary contact for additional requirements and ah-hoc requests.
- Harness tools like Looker to craft visually engaging dashboards that convey performance metrics, offering analysis and insights crucial for delivering our functional business strategy.
- Lead the development and enhancement of the commercial finance reporting infrastructure, increasing data accessibility and self-service capabilities for the wider organization.
- Enhance the understanding and impact of business performance through strong forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting processes, facilitating informed commercial decision-making.
- Be the primary data owner of commercial finance metrics, contributing to the wider business planning cycle, ensuring data validity and integrity remains strong. Documentation of core KPIs and developing automated validation tools within reports.
Who you are:
- Proven experience as a commercial or financial analyst, with a track record of translating complex data into business-shaping insights.
- Proficient in Tableau/Looker, adept at crafting and managing intricate dashboards to visualize data trends. Additionally, experienced with Salesforce and proficient in navigating CRM systems.
- Proficient in SQL, ideally within BigQuery (or similar) - primary software used within Trustpilot’s data organization.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and their strategic implications, allowing you to make informed decisions and facilitate continuous business growth.
- Capable of maintaining a focus on the big picture while possessing the agility to delve into details when necessary, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective decision-making.
- Proficiency in creating financial and commercial models for budgeting, forecasting and deep-dive analysis.
- Possess advanced technical skills extending beyond Excel, adept at utilizing sophisticated planning and analytics tools to influence business outcomes.
