The role
We're seeking an experienced technical professional to join our Services team as a Project Manager. This position offers excellent career growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in client site installations and modifications. This role is suitable for a Technical Project Manager or a perfect transition for technical professionals seeking to advance their career in Project Management.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Sales:
Provide technical support for non-contract enquiries
Participate in pre-sales calls and site visits
Project Management:
Review and verify technical accuracy of sales quotations
Manage non-contract projects through entire lifecycle
Maintain project tracking and ensure timely delivery
Oversee financial aspects and maintain profit margins
Client Relations:
Regular communication with customers
Coordinate installation and commissioning activities
Prepare site documentation and RAMS
Attend project meetings for handovers
Internal Coordination:
Ensure technical alignment with project deliverables
Load and track projects in systems
Essential Requirements:
Technical:
Strong knowledge of LV switchgear or installation/modification experience
Proficient in reading engineering technical drawings
Personal Qualities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
Detail-oriented team player
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Work Environment:
Full-time office-based position
Willing to travel when required
