THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and experienced Administration Officer to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day branch operations. From handling customer enquiries to processing sales and supporting accounts, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person as the branch’s first point of contact.
  • Process sales orders, payments, and daily invoicing accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate service bookings and support the Service Department with admin tasks.
  • Assist with quotes, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Manage and store contracts, compliance documents, and project files.
  • Support accounts with banking, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding payments

 

YOUR SKILLS 

You are a highly organised, detail-oriented person who enjoys providing outstanding customer service while keeping operations running seamlessly. With a background in admin or customer support, you’re comfortable working with systems, juggling competing priorities, and being a key support to the branch team.

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or branch coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • High attention to detail with strong data entry and document checking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or ERP systems.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage competing priorities calmly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of compliance processes and basic accounts support functions.

A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
